Dear Our Customers,You may recently have been anxiously trying to get updates on your order with us and not received the answers you are fully entitled to. For this, we apologise unreservedly.The main reason for the reduced level of service is we have just been let down by our usual couriers, who are facing unprecedented backlogs due to the general boom in on-line ordering this year and have recently and without any warning, reduced the quantity of orders they are able to deliver.As a result, we have been overwhelmed with phone calls, emails and social media enquiries about the status of orders. Whilst we really are trying to get around to as many of your queries as possible, we know we are not able to do so in a way we would all like and expect.However, we are pleased to say that we now have a new arrangement with some alternative couriers and we will be delivering your items over the next week. Whilst we can’t guarantee what day your order will come, it will be before Christmas, and you should still receive a notification over the next few days. It’s likely that if you’ve ordered more than 1 item, such as fuel or accessories, these will arrive at different times, but please do not worry if this is the case, as most items will follow within a few days. (If any item is not received you will of course be fully entitled to a refund.)Your fireplace will be delivered via APC, DX, DPD or UK Mail by the beginning of next week.We once again we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, stress or disappointment we have caused, and ask that you bear with us for a few more days before your fireplace and accessories arrive.Thank you,The imaginfires team 🔥
